Looks good. Bring it over anytime to my house. And, btw, Peter Chinn's Korean Taco and burger joint is closing for good at the Vandy location tomorrow Dec 23. That means staff are fired, and out of work 2 days before xmas. If you can, please go by tomorrow and TIP BIG! PC plans on opening somewhere else near Hillsboro Village, but unknown time and place. Anyway, tell anyone left in town to help out PC's staff with a nice tip if they can.

Nice looking tray! And looks like a cool site; Judge Beans is about the best I've had around Middle Tennessee (where I live) but I still don't feel like I've had that killer BBQ meal like I've had in Memphis and in other states.

I am just starting up a blog that may actually have some common ground with yours. I've always liked old Mom and Pop places, whether they be drive in movie theatres, motels, laundromats, or BBQ joints. As a hobby, I've decided to start a blog to track all these retro type places i can find in Tennessee. Check it out and let me know what you think:

Artisan meats with an artist's presentation, fantastic job! I want to reach into that picture and snag some of that.
