Hot Dogs aka frankfurters



those sheep casing are a bit harder to work with, but I managed to make a few hot dogs with some Bear Creek Farm beef

patience is a requirement. I even had to modify the horn from a different sausage stuffer to my bigger one to get the casings to fit. next time I will use a little bit bigger casing as they were hard to clean and hard to get on the horn. however, they turned out great
